Strand Tester
Application
DataCan's Strand Tester is used for pull testing individual strands of wireline cable for integrity analysis. The Strand Tester uses thick aluminum plates to clamp the wireline strand in place and a hydraulic cylinder with 6" stroke to break the wireline strand apart. The Strand Tester has a pull capacity of 2000 lbs.
